Reserva Highlands (formally known as Reserva Estates at Esterillos), is a newly formed CR legal Homeowners Association representing lot owners in a unique mountainous parcel of land located above the town of Esterillos and subdivided into 430 lots each approx. 5,000 sq meters (1.25 acres). Our vision is to create a secure and accessible community of responsible homeowners working together to build eco-friendly homes and enjoy the beautiful mountain, ocean or panoramic views. We have learned from the past, and now focus on the ways and means to move forward. The completion of the common infrastructure, earning the trust of all local stakeholders, and legally dissolving any remaining roadblocks, are critical components of the success of this high potential development.
